Our goal is simple: to make sure every patient feels safe, cared for, and supported throughout their journey, from choosing the right doctor to completing their transformation with peace of mind.

Before Kora, our founders worked as patient coordinator and medical consultant at Korean plastic surgery clinics. We guided patients from all over the world and saw how the right surgery could change more than just looks. It changed lives. Their confidence, self-love, attitude, and relationships with themselves and others grew stronger. Watching that transformation made us realize how meaningful this work could be.
Our friends from the U.S. would often asked, “Where should I go for this procedure?” So we started researching doctors one by one, looking at surgical skill, safety records, bedside manner, and patient care. We connected with many excellent doctors who weren’t famous online because they were too focused on their craft to advertise themselves. They were fully booked by Korean locals through word of mouth, quietly doing amazing work.
Patients were often choosing clinics based on marketing exposure, not medical quality.
As a U.S.-licensed pharmacist, we have seen how important it is to make healthcare choices based on evidence and trust, not noise. Many patients simply didn’t know how to research or who to trust. We built Kora to change that.

Kora was created to make medical tourism in Korea feel human again. Safe, beautiful, and caring.
Kora is a free platform for both patients and clinics. We do not charge patients nor clinics by listing clinics, and we never remove genuine patient reviews.
For patients who prefer extra help, we offer Kora concierge services – personalized, one-on-one guidance from start to finish. This service may be paid or complimentary, depending on the clinic’s support, and ensures that you’re fully cared for during your stay in Korea.
We don’t promote clinics based on advertisements.
We openly reveal the clinic list we work with as we have no reason to hide the list.
We carefully select every doctor we partner with, based on high medical and ethical standards.
We offer video consultations and concierge services for our international patients.
