(“Kora”, the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you, the individual or professional user visiting our website, kora.com (the “Site”), or using our mobile application “Kora” (the “App”) and registering for our services (“you” or “your”). You may only use the services if you are capable of forming a binding contract with us and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the Republic of Korea or other applicable jurisdiction. If accepting these Terms of Use on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so; otherwise, do not accept or use the Site or Services.
Kora is continually evolving, and we may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance. Amendments are binding only if posted by our authorized representative or in writing.
By using the Site or App, you authorize Kora’s clinic curation services, including clinic information provision, booking facilitation, and review sharing (the “Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and bear no liability for such changes. Services rely on independent clinic data, and Kora does not guarantee clinic quality, outcomes, or availability.
Registration requires providing accurate contact details such as name, email, and phone (collectively, “Information”). False information may result in service suspension. Your Information is protected under our Privacy Policy (kora.com/privacy-policy) and Electronic Communications Policy; we collect only necessary data and may share limited details with clinics for bookings.
All text, images, UI elements, logos, and code on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are owned or licensed by Kora and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only; no copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is permitted. “Kora” and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You may search, book, and review clinics via the Services under a personal, non-exclusive license. Prohibited activities include illegal conduct, defamation, spam, or commercial resale; violations lead to immediate termination and potential legal action. Kora may terminate access at its discretion for any inappropriate use.
Kora earns fees from clinic partners for bookings, while you pay clinics directly. Fees may vary, and refunds follow clinic policies. We secure payments but disclaim liability for errors or disputes.
Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Kora is not liable for Content inaccuracies, viruses, or damages from third-party clinics, with liability capped at KRW 100,000 or amounts paid by you. You warrant the accuracy of your Information.
You agree to indemnify Kora against claims from your breach, misuse, or illegal use of the Services. Information exchanged is confidential, disclosed only as required for Services or by law per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflicts rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court.
