Those who arrive at 12 PM may need to wait until the afternoon for their treatment, as the clinic’s lunch break runs from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. Booking ahead via WhatsApp and arriving at 10 AM or 11 AM is therefore the best option for minimal waiting.

Members earn a 10% reward point accumulation on their total payment for the day, which can be used starting from their next visit. The following guidelines apply to using points:

• Patients must bring their physical membership card to the clinic to use points.
• Points can be applied only when the total payment for the day exceeds the amount of points the patient wishes to use.
• Points can only be used for treatments and cannot be applied to skincare product purchases.
• Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
• There are no excluded treatments for membership card holders. All procedures are eligible.
