Facial Contouring & Temple Reduction (Posterior Cheekbone Reduction / Upper-Face Temple Reduction) Posterior cheekbone reduction: Unlike conventional contouring that simply shaves bone, this technique is designed to prevent cheek sagging, completing a naturally smooth, well-contoured facial shape without concerns of non-union, sagging, or step deformity. Temple reduction: Beyond bone surgery, Lavian offers a differentiated procedure for patients whose upper face appears prominent, precisely refining the muscle and fat pad in the temple area. Breast & Body Contouring (One 'Only You' Tailored Body Procedure Per Day) Breast surgery (three tailored implant placement methods): To achieve the best result, Lavian performs only one breast procedure per day. Depending on the patient's degree of sagging and skin thickness, the clinic precisely applies the most suitable placement, submuscular (for slim patients without sagging), subglandular (for post-pregnancy sagging), or dual-plane (to correct sagging and prevent a double-fold line). A Full HD endoscope is used in every case to create the breast pocket with minimal bleeding, and a sizer is used to preview volume in advance, completing a natural U-line and soft, natural feel. Body contouring (liposuction, hip-up & abdominoplasty): Lavian performs precise liposuction of the abdomen, thighs, and arms, along with hip-up lifting to restore firmness to sagging buttocks. For abdominal skin loosened by pregnancy or rapid weight loss, abdominoplasty tightens the separated abdominal muscles and, through careful removal of excess fat and precise excision of sagging skin, creates a smooth body line. 3. Facelift (Nano-Eye / Nano-V / Max, Target-Specific Tailored Lift) This is a customized procedure in which the incision and target layer are precisely divided according to the patient's degree of aging and areas of concern: eye area and nasolabial folds (Nano-Eye), jawline and neck wrinkles (Nano-V), or the full face (Max). The key to an effective facelift is releasing the retaining ligaments. Through meticulous dissection of the SMAS layer, the retaining ligaments are firmly released to complete a thorough lift without concern of a pixie-ear deformity. 4. Forehead Surgery (BINALI Procedure, Trademark Registered) BINALI is Lavian's proprietary technique that combines forehead reduction, lowering the hairline to reduce a broad forehead, with a brow lift that raises sagging eyebrows, all in a single procedure.
